If you are having problems joining different servers, type this in your console before joining a server: vgui_allowhtml 0
You'll have to type it in your console every time you run GMOD.

I'm going to go ahead and deny this. Reason being is because you don't simply PK your character because you want to take a break from it. If you were to take a break from the server, it does not require PKing your character(s).

You did not mention the part when you had a blackmark for every rank. You did not also mention the fact that you've been reported by many unit's in different occasions. If you really care about the CCA, you can re-apply for a unit.
