I'd like to point out that the portal storms where in 2010, I'd also like to say that people who think that everything is fine a soon as the benefactors take over. It's not, after the 7 hour war everything was in disorder, and the civil protection where not formed until 2011. So please future posters remember this.

Source bans is a collection of bans from the server and anyone linked with that plugin. It also doesn't have what you are speaking of.

I've always assisted new members to the community. And I've always tried to educate them, so they don't run around doing their old habits from darkRP. If everyone just put in and helped we would have an educated community, knowing how to RP well.

(OOC) The CA doesen't authority to issue that, Only the sectorial commander can issue the sentance of death on a DvL. But I'll tell you what the stupid thing is. If I killed the 2 units ICly doesen't that mean a PK for them too? And seeming no one at the time had authority to do that, it seems pretty lulz to me.
Even though we all went back to RP straight after we got back to the trainning room. I think the people responcible for the epic fail that, that day was, should study the CCA harder aswell as understand the authority of the rankings within the CCA.

I think it's for brainless clowns. How can you possibly enjoy screaming/grunting throughout the entire song, I had a guy in my class who listended to it every day at school and all you could hear from the other side of the room was "ARRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHRHAHHRAHRHARHARHHRASRHASHSdhASHHRAHshDHSDHASHRHARHS" from his headphones.
It's not surprising in the slightest that he is a druggy now.

People don't take the time to help new people in HL2RP. When someone joins and doesn't know what to do (Most likely from DarkRP.) everyone is just like "LOLNOOB, you suck get out assface." I don't think I've actually seen one person apart from a few administrators take the time out of their lives to assist these people. And the silly thing is, if they had already done so, the server wouldn't be full of them.
And yes, there are some complete derps that just choose to be imbeciles. That's when you get the admin.

I'll start writing up some military procedures such as drill etc. But other than that you have got it right, apart from one thing. If you do not salute a person such as the SeC, He shouldn't pull you up and go "SALUTE ME!!!!" the high ranks around him need to step in and tell you to salute. It's a form of respect in the military as most of the higher ranks have served in wars etc. But yea, that's how the Australian army does it, it's mainly just the chain of command which I need to go over with units, as I get recruits coming up to me asking for something that an 04 could tell them.
