The Public Bulletin Board

You're walking through the Plaza when you spot a sickly looking old man approach a bulletin board and post something up on it. He then leaves in a hurry. You approach the bulletin board to see what's up and read the newly posted sign, among others. It reads "The end is near." You crumple it up, shrugging it off as another apocryphal message about the end of the world. However, you make sure to remember the location of this bulletin board in case you have anything to post in the future, whether it be silly vandalism or something important.
