This was discussed on facepunch long time ago in some "Exiled found a way to ban SH users" thread and i believe a picture like this (if not this picture) was posted as well claiming he uses SethHack. He then claimed it was not him and someone just used his username. Nobody can really prove it.

Locking this thread as well. Rofl already explained it.
