HL2RP Armbands (For You!)

I might add CWU armbands next, but I don't really know their system, also I added the loyalist armband (with the help of yank)

Woot, GRID has a cog on it, meaning I can call myself a Gears of war :3
Anyways, these are pretty good, maybe add a different color per rank or division, like giving APEX the chevron/redish color, NOVA gets a light blue, and GRID gets maybe a light green or silver.

Err.. one problem with these armbands. How (if we do) are we going to use these? Are we going to use it as a prop that is strapped onto your shoulder or are we gonna make separate models? either way this seems like a lot of coding Plus this also means more downloads for new players. I feel neutral on this

I don't think that even sounds possible... or smart, but I think it kind of makes sense.

edit; the prop idea sounds smart, just parent it to their shoulders maybe?

I think with the armbands add different emblems to distinct from other ranks.

Looks cool to me, adding in game seems like to much trouble, adding them to models seems like a bad idea because you'd need a new model every promotion. Maybe set it up so you can make the armbands show up on scoreboard or something, my two cents derp :L

If you read the original post, it says there, I used Photoshop cs5.

If you use them as a cylindrical prop, maybe you could implement them as an entity like the TF2 Hats on Gmod (http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=79842) so the admins can attach them to the player. Sure a lot of scripting would be needed, but it would be worth it.

Took me two hours, just to do it properly without it being a shitstack. My OCD was kicking in the whole 2 hours xD

I had to remove the inner part which also took time, and I had to extend it to wrap it around else it'd be a small patch, not an armband.
Note: I am not going to freakin' waste 2h each armband on all of them, my god.
