Boris went to the local CWU and asked for a UU branded laptop. He was to sign an agreement that the device will not be abused or used for illegal activity in any direct or indirect way and that his activity was to be monitored at all times. The laptop was then given to him, and connection to the City 45 Network was established in his apartment so that the CCA may monitor his activities. Boris wanted to use the laptop as a journal to write down his life as a City 45 citizen.
