Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
She was only 18 when she met him, Henry Lockenson, a dealer of some, special items like the weapons that the rebels use today. She met him at a change store she was outside the store being beatup by a cp for running. He helped her back to her normal self with just some kindness and the good old fashioned healing techniques known as the medkits. He trusted her and within time started letting her take the deliveries, go on Nexus raids, and perform tasks he would trust in the hands of her and only her. Then before their resistance group was about to execute the plan to raid the Nexus something terrible had happend, the combine found him and amputated him. But when they met he said "If anything were to happen to me, I want you to call in shipments for the resistance" then he left.

Spawn chairs for resistance meetings
Help fight of antlions,overwatch,etc. in the outlands
make houses,bases seem better and open up more roleplay oppertunities

I don't think ill have enough tokens to buy the weapons unless it comes with the V flags?
