New GUI

I really cannot stand the current HRP GUI. I'm thinking about creating one with photoshop, but I'd like to know if others would like to help create one as well.

Also, for the person who would code it, are you willing to do this?

If you mean HUD, then yes. Other than that, the Gui seems fine, but could use some work.

Btw armor is most likely always blue and health is green. Could we keep it like that please?
