He wasn't banned, his character was, think of it as a PK.
AND he was removed from the whitelist, his actions don't represent the CCA, they were abusive and wrong on many levels and he should have been disciplined for it correctly, which he was. If I'm correct, correct me if I'm wrong, but it was removed due to his already "final warning" position OR his final warning position was in place afterwards, IE he's Been unbanned.

Note two: you contradicted in a double post both supporting and being against the actions.
