Partially true, you are forced to get some augments after you get HC, but they are minor and done in stasis. I believe he is talking about the replacements which actually change you a good bit.

True, but some augments you need permission to get and/or need to request.

<::|| <AUDIO LOG START> I have... finally woken up from the 'incident' involving the bomb. It appears that I lost my left arm when it occured, and severely damaged my left torso. Hence, I was put into recovery stasis and now I have been released a couple of day cycles earlier than estimated, but I... I feel incredibly angry.

So, I go out of stasis to have units coming up to me, giving me the old human sympathy shit to me, which I mostly ignored. I do not need sympathy, neither would I return that disgusting feeling back to them. I felt so angry that I walked into a cell where 713 just amputated someone in, and went over to their DB and CRUSHED his skull, oh it grinded under me as I felt it collapse and jam into the brain of the dead citizen, but it was worth it, oh yes...

I also had a meeting with the rest of UNIFORM High Command, discussing... well... that is not for the logs. *laughing is heard from 522*

I did a circle around the plaza to patrol, now I am returning to stasis to rest. <AUDIO LOG END> ||::>

<::|| Not only did I have to relocate using a RAZOR Train, which acctually took me to City 17, but I was flown via Gunship Transport Pod to City 13, which happened to be located on a different continent. I was introduced to the new City, and to the new Nexus layout. It happens to have four districts, the Plaza District similar to City 45, and the other three are not named by numbers, but by a phonetic alphabet. They are District Alpha, Foxtrot and Whiskey. It seems the Divisional Structure is slightly different here too, but remains the three main divisions plus the recruitment division. These were SWORD, the Sociostability Division, HELIX, the Medical & Research Division, and HAMMER, the Manufacturing, Engineering and Testing Division.

I was assigned the rank of Elite Patrol Unit of SWORD Division due to the experience of being a Divisional Leader. I was ordered by the Sectorial Commander of City 13 to deposit my Pulse Rifle in the Weapon Depository. I began patrol of the new City and observed the surroundings, the behaviour of the units and the citizens. The Civil Worker's Union seems to be much larger in numbers here, as 1 in 3 of the citizens I saw was acctually part of the Civil Worker's Union. It was on my patrol I found out where the actual location of City 13 was, as I halted for a moment to observe and witnessed an old sign that was ruined and was barely legible It read: "Welcom- -- Fabu--us L-s V-gas, Ne-a-a." ||::>
