Server Update

• Orange Cosmos RP Update
• Removed the not working alcohol tester from chiefs.
• Added new car scripts for the shelby, mini, spyder, lotus, f50, lambo, corvette, aston martin and the murcielago.
• Fixed all of the new props having health. Can no longer "break".
• Fixed non-admins being able to do ocrp_warning, ocrp_turtlebeach, ocrp_restartmap_v2d and ocrp_restartmap_v33x.
• Added the new godstick features to gods hands.
• Gods Hands is now something admins gets by default.
• Fixed lockpicking handcuffs. You can lockpick handcuffs with level 3 lockpicking now.
• Fixed double jail release. If you pay the bail you no longer get unarrested when your time is up.
• Only SA+ can do the ocrp_restartmap_x commands.
• Fixed another exploit with dropping items that didnt really exist.
• Changed physgun price to 25k again.
• Changed gas price to 150 again.

It should be fixed but not applied yet. If i notice that the server has under 10 players, i will restart it.

Or else it will just apply on next crash.

There is, kinda.

I was working with it and forgot to remove it from the chief. It currently does nothing but display some hints.

It will be working in a future update and will do exactly what the name says. Obviously that will involve a alcohol system which will also be there in the future.
