Wide screen format shorter

Its a suggestion... The wide screen when you begin should be shorter so if you want to talk to a citizen you can with out being blocked by the bar

That would be nice, it bugs me to wait for i almost god arrested by a cp because i couldent see what he was saying in that little time the wide screen is up.
