I can't seem to find any threads on the forums that give you the maps you need to download, and the skins. Could someone link the City8 map so I can start playing.

Click on the HL2RP link at the top of the page, allow it to make changes to your computer (or something like that) and it should boot up Garry's Mod and start downloading city 18 among other things.
