If you could I do not want my Sub-division named BioHazard for reason such as there are chemical hazards also which will leave a big gap in protection. Please change it to Hazard only if you could.

Toy and I have agreed on this. NOVA can have subdivisions, but no commanders of those subdivisions. Having commanders messes with the chain of command and it cannot work that way.

Ok, I don't understand how commanders would mess the chain of command. But as you are the SeC, you make the calls and I will follow them.

There's a misunderstanding here. Our commanders work to keep ranking in line. NOVA can only have 3 01 units. 01 units are commanders of the subdivision. You guys for whatever reason were putting subdivision acron yms in names like "HM" for a regular hazard management unit and "HMC" for a hazard management commander. Toy, and several others didn't like this including me as it's not uniform.

As long as we stick with the normal ranks and just call 01's commanders in our own division, we should be fine right?

TehPenguin, (A) Has the same authority as regular OfC, and since I will be away for such a long time, The A will almost be overlooked by everyone starting after your first week or so. (A) will not block what you do. Just be sure to try to keep in contact with Skeptic.
