Yacht window texture not working on multiplayer

The Yaucht's windows appear as purple and black boxes for me and I have the Counter Strike Source, the content downloaded for HL2 episodes 1 and 2, and the HL2 content.  I do not know what is wrong at this point.  I have verified the CSS files to make sure they are not corrupt and I do not know what else to do.  I checked with singleplayer and all of the yacht's textures work completely normal but when I go onto the HRP server, the yacht's textures (specifically the windows, glass-like textures, and some rectangular shapes on the wooden deck) only show as checkered.  The rest of the yacht is fine.  I have re-installed Gmod and re-installed all of my addon content as well as the server content.

P.S. One of the icons in the vehicle salesman's menu is checkered.

Are they all mounted on Garry's Mod?

Yes, they are all mounted on Gmod and the content addons are in the addons folder and they work for the other missing textures I had on the HRP server.

Are you in the Steampipe Beta for all applicable Source games?

if by steampipe beta you mean steam client beta then no, i have it set to opt out of all beta participations.  I know nothing of steampipe beta though.

Not that I know of.  I'm not even entirely sure from which game the textures are from.

Are the windows themselves pink and blank or is it just the reflection? If you're not sure, a screenshot would work

When I look at the yacht from the outsied the windows and those little rectangular boxes and the wooden deck of the boat are checkered, but when i am inside i can see out of the windows just fine.  The rectangles mentioned to be on the wooden deck are still checkered regardless of my location relative to the boat.

What he means is if the windows are completely unable to see through, or if they are still partly transparant but have a purpleblack checkered reflection in them?

Can you make a screenshot of the boat and post it here? Then we can tell what it is.

Ps: did you try downloading the workshop item of the yacht?
