no, make it be free, if we really must, then make it so people can't post "flame" or "abuse" or otherwise offensive to SPECIFIC people that is clearly not a joke

but if i want ot make a thread called "wakeboarder is a nigger" then in the thread is just "he is a nigger" then that should be allowed because that's pretty much allowed in the shoutbox, the spam should just be an expansion of the shoutbox with dumb posts allowed, sure encourage people to doforum games btu if i want to post an image with some bullshit text under it hen let me do it, it doesn't hurt anyone, it's funny and people enjoyed that kind of shit

If we're going to have spam back with the rule against flaming, it needs to be explicitly defined.  It goes without saying that hogs isn't the only person on the internet who purposefully seeks and exploits the shit out of extant loopholes.

EDIT:  Here's a possible rough draft of such a rule:  "Spam threads directly disparaging other member(s) of the community will not be tolerated."  Obviously it's only a first draft, so I would like some criticism as to how we can word this rule to include "disparaging" threads that are made without any hostile intention (wakeboarder is a nigger).

yeah before just jumping to the conclusion "oh that fucker is being 100% serious, and I should ban him before thinking or asking him about the situation and making the right decision" actually look into it ask the dude if hes joking or not

I have to say, spam was probably the most fun thread to read, since it was just a bunch of shit piled into one. Although some were really stupid (Mostly horror porn things), I loved it. SPAM 2014
