Regarding SWAT

So this is a copy-paste from my CGRP suggestion thread, seen here.

• 1) SWAT Van
  Needs to be much, MUCH faster/more powerful. Can barely even get up the ramp from the Nexus garage as-is.
• 2) New Long Arms
  Change the UMP.45 to an M4 or MP5; actual SWAT long arms. 9x19mm SMGs and .223/5.56mm NATO rifles. The USP is fine as a sidearm and the M4S90/XM1014 is fine as a shotgun.
• 3) New Models
  The CSGO ones suck (unless we switch to the CSGO ct_gign), the CSS ct_gign ones were fine. If they're denied, then I have a few ct_urban and ct_gign retextures that make them look like real SWAT (black tactical gear, etc).

  URBAN SKINS:
  
  Blue TF1 Urban
  
  A blue-and-black SWAT-like Urban skin. This one is a tie on my preferences list with the Remastered GIGN skin. Seen here.
  
  MNU Guard
  
  A skin mostly just for shits and giggles rather than an actual SWAT skin; that said, I might end up changing my clientside files to this one. Seen here.
  
  LAPD SWAT
  
  Now THIS is my highest-wanted skin. An actual SWAT skin, PLUS it says "POLICE" in giant bold, white letters on the back, this would suit OCRP best. If we're using one, make it this one. Seen here.
  
  ct_urban SWAT Skin
  
  An alternate to the LAPD SWAT skin. Features gritter-looking normal-mapped textures. I prefer the LAPD SWAT one over this one, but it's here. Seen on this page.
  
• 4) Make it an Actual Job
  Available from the highest rank in the police job tier+. Eliminates new players joining and immediately going SWAT to RDM people as they'd need 2+ days of cop playtime to get it. Half the time, the situation is over by the time SWAT arrives; this remedies this as they get the call immediately rather than having to be promoted on-scene by the chief (which in most scenarios, there isn't a chief to begin with).

edit: Just realize this is in OCRP2 board... might as well remove the board if we are doing CGRP yeah?
