Bring back TTT

Title says it all, it was a lot of fun when CG had a TTT server and it's still a very popular gamemode, plus when I was still around when we had the server it got populated quickly by both members and new people. I don't see any harm in readding TTT to the server list.

Also it could possibly be kept completely vanilla or some mods could be added like Jihad Bomb etc. Also, not sure what the reasons were as to why it was removed in the first place but I still think it'd be a good idea if it was started back up.

It was removed because it was constantly at 0. Honestly, it'll be like any other gamemode we try to add. It'll be popular for a week, then it'll die. It's TOO popular among GMod, so I just don't think it'll be worth our while.
