What happened when the bug occurred?
i have 3 computers i play on and if i download something wrong maybe or skipped a step but all 3 computers have the same look

Probably something to do with graphic drivers.

Reported many times, but this is nothing i can fix.

Try to update your drivers. Either that, or the model is broken.
