G-mod car sound problems

So, it only happens while im in single player, but every car addon i download, the sound dosnt work. the jeep, jalopy, and airboat makes sounds, but cars like in the sickness pack, and fuel mod pack dosnt. but they all work in multilayer. any suggestions?

I read about something kinda like this, and a sweet admin (Nekora(Sorry for misspelling <3)) said, that you should get HL EP2.. Don't know if it works! Haven't bought it yet!

tpunk. I got the same problem in single player. Sickness Models cars aint playing sounsd when driving. Gotta be something with the update Garry did like a week ago that broke shit.

Also moved to tech support.
