To Begin Your First Stage Of Recording, Open Your GMod Console, Then Type "record <FileNameHere>"
Obviously You Should Change <FileNameHere> As To What Your File Name Should Be
Demos Require Very Little Space On Your HardDrive, So You Can Record For Hours Without Running Out Of Space (All At Your Normal GMod Screen Quality)
3. Replay & RecordOnce You Have Finished With Your Demo, You Can Type "stop" Into Console, Or It Will Automatically Stop When You leave The Server
Go To The GMod Home Screen, Followed By Pressing Shift+F2
You Can Go To 'Load' And Choose The Demo You Want To Play
Find The Area You Will Be Recording, Pause The Demo Playback There. Begin Recording With XFire And Play The Video
You Can Then RePress The Same Record Key To Stop Recording
4. UploadMinimise, Or Exit GMod. You Should Be Presented With An XFire Screen, Enabling You To Decide To Upload Captured Videos And/Or ScreenShots Created During You Session
Choose The Video You Want To Upload, Give It A Name & Description etc.
The Video Should Now Automatically Convert Itself, Then Upload (You May Need To Be Out Of Game For This Process To Work)
Find Your Video URL By Opening The 'Remote Video' Then Copy The URL From The Address Bar
5. EnjoyYour Video Should Now Be Complete, Any Questions Regarding Demo's Or XFire Should Be Able To Be Answered By Your Good Old Friend Google
