Due to the change to gmod 13, it will be released around the time/1-3 weeks after HL2RP2 is up.

Incorrect.

The minute I get the gamemode and can set it up three things will occur:
- I will add the Outlands system for characters
- I will change the factions around to how they are for CG
- I will turn on BOTH servers at the same time.

As I saw in the cloud16 forums, it is far from being done, and it is only the "Skeleton" version, means it will take, I would guess over a month, maybe 3 to release it.

Again incorrect. Skeleton is like base game mode. Just what they work off of as a base. It was also initially used as for testing. The hl2rp schema is near done for an alpha/beta release from how it looks on the testing server.
