There should be some kinda ban list like sourcebans or the one Orange Cosmos had. Where it says lenght of ban reason and admin who banned.

Correct. http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?page=bans

Just click the server you want to check and it will show all bans. Btw HL2RP is not included yet.
