It SEEMS legit, I mean, if they were able to make that many summaries, then they are pro trolls, or this is something that will happen soon, but maybe not, considering the fact Valve even said "We aren't going to introduce, it's just updates on stuff you already know." about E3.

Never heard of it before. It looks like, instead of summarizing, they've typed out the whole storyline, which rings alarm bells as to its authenticity. My best guess would be that someone became rather fond of their idea, and has gone to the extent of writing it up as fan-fic DLC.
Don't think it's legit, but pretty cool concept.

After reading it it seems like it would be a good game to play. But there is only one problem. That kid is such a powergamer running up to CP's and killing them for thier stun batons, I dont even think he has an auth for being a kid.
