1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.Isaac wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority because he has always had high admiration of ruling with an iron fist. Ever since the 7 Hour War Isaac has seen how the Combine have been able to control the cities by opressing their citizens, he wants to be a part of that.
As a Civil Authority Officer Isaac insures that there will be no propaganda that will be leading to the fall of the Union or Combine found within City 45. And all disobeyers will be delt with imedialty to insure the Combine will have full control over the city.
So, Isaac is willing to learn from the mistakes of the citizens and join the Combine Civil Authority to insure that the Combine and the Union are not the target of any resistance or resistance like actions. And that they will still have control over City 45.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.What I am expecting of the Combine Civil Authority is to have a chance to be able to take part in the controling of the citizens of City 45. I expect to be trained by higher commanding officers in firearms, hand to hand combat, and handling any disobeyers that have the guts to show themselves to the Combine.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.Every since Isaac was a small child around the ages of three or four, he was intrigued in the law inforcement of earth. He found great intrest in how they would deal with different kinds of criminals. When Isaac was six he watched out of the window of his his inner-city apartment as a criminal was caught and brought to justice. He watched in admiration as the police gatherd the suspects items and brought him to jail. As Isaac went through his life nothing really changed for him untill middle school. This was his first taste of the real world, he saw how kids were being treated and how some kids disobeyed the law. It did not matter what it was but Isaac still new they were breaking the law, from stealing a pencil to getting in fights at school. He knew that when they were older than the consequences would be greater than a suspension. Isaacs high school years flew by as he passed with a little above average grades. He was accepted into college and was studing as a civil engineer. During his junior year was when the severn hour war started, Isaac watched as a new force called the Combine invaded his town. They eliminated any person on intrest or any resistance force. He watched from his house as any resisters were amputated imedialty. As the war soon came to an end Isaac was left in world that was ruled by superior force, a force he wanted to join.
