Missing HL2RP Tokens

With my VIP, I recieved 20,000 tokens when I went on the HL2RP server. But then I logged on the next day, and they were gone on all characters.

The tokens missing:

You only receive the tokens on the first character you login since you got VIP.

How are we so sure you didn't load another char to make that picture, or you gave away your tokens?

Yeah, not really any other evidence I can give but I'll check the char I first logged on with to see if its there, if not could you point me in a direction to get it fixed?

I've went 3 days back in the logs filtering Jerry Centurion and the only thing I found was you logging in on that character a few times. Nothing said or roleplayed.
So yeah, also no tokens given out or anything. But the point is that your picture shows it has only 40 tokens. But how would we know it had those 20.000 tokens before?

Its been fixed now, I'm not sure what happened but the tokens are now displaying on my other character.
