IC Character Name: George Luz
1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.George would like to join the CCA because he feels that he should take part in this great crusade to help the already on duty members of the UU keep the city well under control, from treacherous crimes and citizens at bay.
He would also like to join the CCA because he respects the work they do, and believes he should help them at the hard work ship they are doing to keep this world civil, and to keep society stable and under complete control.
George understands at what it takes to become apart of the CCA and he would like the challenge to become a Civil Authority Unit.
He will lay his life for the fellow CCA citizen or not, he is very persistent on becoming a leader or a follower of this great campaign for the UU.
2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)George has always been brave before and after the war, he has always risked his life for a good cause.
George has always been honorable as well, in his early years he was a volunteer fireman for a short time. He had stayed behind and fought a wild forest fire while he's comrades left him behind only with a few tanks of water. Managing to survive he was brought home with out a scratch and the City Mayor had given him a medal stating his honor for his country.
He is trustworthy he always manages to get people to unload secrets and odd addictions and has never been known to tell anyone or anything. Even as a lawyer he has never discussed any of his cases with any individual.
George has always been stern and fair with his clients and just random people, for his clients he will be stern but fair in dealing with a criminal act that they have done in order to defend them and keep them away from a jail cell.
George is ruthless he will not stop till the job is done, he has always been like that being a straight A student, he has always worked to his full potential in order to get to his goal. What he wants in the UU is a challenge to put a stop to almost all crime to make a better place for humanity.
3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.OOCLY: If I am accepted into the CCA I expect a few things. I mainly expect to have a good roleplay experience not only chasing anti-citizens but a good, fun passive roleplay experience as well.
I also expect that in the Combine Civil Authority I will gain experience as a roleplayer not only to make me a better Combine Unit but to also better me as a roleplayer in general.
ICLY: George expects many things from the Combine Civil Authority. He expects experience doing the thing he has wanted to do for the longest time but most of all training.
He expects to be trained in various ways, all able to help him when the time calls for it.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.George was born in a Ukraine city of Cherkasy his date of birth was August 19th 1977, He grew up in the suburbs which there he had gone to school which was two blocks from his house. He attended Cherkasy School House from Grade one to grade twelve, He lived with his parents for four years after high school.
His dad was a factory worker making weapons, His mother also worked in a factory making and packaging munitions. His dad got killed in a hit and run by the Ukrainian mob, his mother died of thyroid cancer 2 years later.
George then sold his parents house and gave all his parents belongings to other relatives, he took his saved money and the extra money from the house and took a train to Moscow.
When he reached Moscow, right away he rented out an apartment and he went to apply for a University in the core of Moscow. After 2 weeks of waiting he got the letter in the mail which read "Accepted" with a big stamp across the paper.
After he had finished university and he had fully learned English he had got a train back to Cherkasy to visit old friends and gain new ones, which he did he also met a girl they fell in love, but she soon left him for another man who he disliked.
George soon picked up a job as a lawyer, for criminal cases and from there on he worked as a lawyer till he was 24 and he retired to his nice cozy suite in a hostel in Cherkasy.
George took a door out the back of a pub in a back road that leads to downtown while he walked along the dirt road a car had started speeding up behind him and a man hanging out the side window hit him in the back of the head with a thick plastic bat which caused him to go unconscious.
George awoke in a old wood chair with a bag over his head in a dark damp room with one light over his head, he has been captured by the Ukraine mob for what reason? The mob needed him to defend for a client of the mob.
After a few beatings George finally gave in for helping there member, they would kill him if he did not get him out so he fought long and hard, and eventually he came out on top with a sigh of relief he sat down an a bench out side the court house.
Two men approached him, when the reached him they praised him on his work and gave him thirty thousand dollars cash, and they never came for his help again but they did keep and eye on him.
George had been working at a grocery store 4 years before the seven-hour war, when the war had come about he was hiding in an alley way, one combine soldier picked him up and hunched him over his back and took him into containment and told him he had to stay there for a while, and to stay calm and everything would be over soon.
George had been put into a city along with thousands of others deep in Europe in a place called City-45, he quickly realized that this is what he wanted, he wanted order and justice and no more crime.
He quickly started to write out his application and was going to make it perfect and he would do anything to become a great member of the Universal Union.

I would also like to join the CCA because I want to help keep the citizens in line, following direct orders given to them and keep them at bay, fearful but not vengeful.
