Outlands appeal (miss-click -_-)

Reason for the switch: Miss click, I was going to pick my outlands char. This was the second time this happened, except the first time I didn't know my char would not be allowed to go back to the city server..
Time when it happened(if mis-click): around 7:14 EST standard time, that or before that

Book was given to me by a friend near a dumpster, he found it in their. Request devices, all 5 were given in a shipment box, no charge by a CP to me for asking. Donut was bought from a CWU donut stand, backpack was found boxed in D6, and some guy gave me the radio after I saved him from a guy with a knife in D6.
