Character stuck in outlands?

 okay, I know everybody is gonna say stuff like "There were warnings everywhere, blah blah blah." I can honestly say. I saw NO warnings before I joined. I just wanted to see what it was all about and stuff. Then when I tried to go back into the City, it said "This is an outlands character and cannot be in the city." Is there ANY possible way that my character can be brought back into the city?

Ask a super admin ingame to allow your character to be accessed in the city. Provide the SA with your character's full name.

 Well I would but every time I use the /Admin command, I get absolutely NO response. So how am I supposed to do this? You're a super admin, can't you do it, man? My 50,000 tokens I got for becoming Gold was on that character. Come on, help me out here.
