1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Metropolice Force and what lead your character to do so.
     Jorn's long-term goal has always been joining the work force of the MPF. At first, he never really respected the whole Union in general, but as life passed by, Jorn became more centralized within society. He did his everyday tasks from helping clean the streets to receiving rations. Jorn realized that the real reason for the Combine's existence is for a better community throughout the world. With the Universal Union, crime has been reduced significantly.
     Jorn has experienced suffering from seeing Citizens doing anti-citizen activity and is eager to try and stop them. Although Jorn does not take any initiative do anything about it directly himself, he still does notify nearby MPF units about the rebels. Jorn has never been interested in becoming apart of the Resistance as he sees it as no good. There are many other productive alliances that help the Union instead of being counterproductive and rebellious.
     Yet again to Jorn's extent, he looks up to all Metropolice Force units with great dignity. He believes that all of the units are a great contribution to society. By observing the MPF units, Jorn has developed a partial understanding on the etiquette within the MPF. He realizes how they don't show much emotion, are very straightforward, and are curious to have the Citizens cooperate. Jorn studies this and tries to display himself similar to an MPF unit, but not fully. Jorn really just sticks to being a Citizen, but occasionally reminds fellow Citizens to do simple tasks, such as their daily cleaning contribution, to always follow MPF's orders, and not be a decimate to society.

Jorn's character traits are lawful, obedient, trustworthy, civilized, and a bit curious.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
For me personally, I am expecting to be seeing a lot of harsh rules to be taught, but I believe I'd be fit to roleplay as a Metropolice Force Unit. I'd study the standard etiquette for being one, and see myself with more authority citizen-wise. Roleplaying would be taken to a new level with myself. I've already played CCA on Catalyst Gaming before, I was a Recruit but now here I am (restarted.) I've also been a DvL on another server, Blue Gaming HL2RP but nothing much else. I'd be pretty responsible.
Character-wise : Jorn would be eager to find out the daily routine of a Metropolice Force unit. He is expecting rigorous training courses and challenges that push him to the limit. Jorn would quickly adapt to become a well-trained recruit, and then push himself towards newer and higher ranks. He would start to really understand the system and correct format for all things.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
     Jorn was an average person living in a standardized apartment in the city of Donetsk, Ukraine. Donetsk was very industrial and had many factories in the area. Jorn and other children were treated regularly with a special skin hydration medication. The reason they were treated with this is because of all the pollution within the area. Jorn didn't have his life too rough, he was an average person and made straight B's and the occasional C throughout all of his education. He had always been fascinated with nature and would enjoy taking evening walks after school to observe the little insects around his apartment building (there was a small garden nearby.) Jorn did not play any sports, but did do self-exercise nearly every other day to improve of muscle. Jorn had advanced all the way through high school and graduated. He had no education plans for the future, so he decided to just stay home with both of his parents and worked at a local bar to help support his family and pay bills. Jorn worked there for five years, doing his routine mopping, cleaning dishes, and serving some appetizers.
     One day, Jorn had walked down to his restaurant to start a shift but then something strange happened. He heard an enormous amount of gunshots, and saw a few massive mutant flying creatures. Jorn, being only 23 years old, had ran into the nearest shop which was a general store. The shop was unlocked and unoccupied, so he decided to close the blinds and peak out. Jorn saw the mutant creatures, and they were carrying some kind of tanks. He observed one lower to the ground, and extract some strange but heavily armored soldiers out of the dropship. Jorn was extremely scared and had no clue what to do, and he kept watching the soldiers rush in nearby apartments. Jorn watched as the soldiers raided nearby buildings until they got to the one he was hiding in. Instantly, Jorn ran to hide under a counter top but it was too late. The strange soldiers had breached down the door and knocked Jorn out.
     Jorn had woken up in an uncomfortable bed, and saw a window. He realized he was on some kind of train, as he noticed the quick passing trees in the vast forests of Ukraine. Jorn eagerly went out of his little cot and saw a fellow person. He asked the man "Where are we going? What's happening?" and the person simply replied "This train is on the way to Kiev. Our planet has been taken over by some stranger beings." Jorn was completely shocked, and went to sit down and wait it out for the rest of the train ride. Jorn's thoughts were completely blank for the rest of the ride, and had no clue what to think. He was escorted out by some kind of police force unit, and was told to go into some apartment complex. He had received a few hundred tokens for his currency. Jorn went to the front desk and bought his apartment, and had started his life in City 18.

5) Have you ever had a MPF character here at Catalyst Gaming?  If so, explain why it was removed.
Yes, I was a Recruit on the old C45 server. I was not removed, but the server had been taken down and reset, and now here I am re-applying.

1. How long have you played on role-playing servers in general?
Yes, I've been CCA on two other servers and I used to play PERP a lot back in the old days of Exiled Servers. I even played a little OCRP.

2. How long have you played on serious servers?
I first started serious roleplaying in 2011, so I'd say two to nearly three years.

3. How long have you played on Catalyst Gaming?
Two years.

7. What�s your most memorable quality RP experience?
My most memorable roleplay experience was being an OTA unit on an old server (gone now, was Blue-Gaming/OG-Gaming) and doing a pursuit with my fellow squad members. We were hunting for rebels in the outer canals, and had found them. We immediately set up our raid points, and breached the area. Our Elite Squad leader kicked the door down for us and we rushed in to attack. It was a great S2M engagement, and then turned into a S2K scenario. There were a total of 6 rebels vs 3 OTA units, (one squad leader, two standard combine units)

I really enjoyed it.

Yes, I am willing to dedicate everything I possibly can to help create a better society within all our people. I, Jorn, am willing to take all repercussions for any wrongdoing.

As I stated above, yes. I will take my initiative and use it to its full extent.

I will indeed remain faithful and loyal as much as I can possibly can towards the Universal Union.

6. Why do you want to join the Combine Civil Authority?
I believe that I will be a great contribution to the Universal Union and am looking forward to serving as a Metropolice Force Unit. Protection is my main goal towards Citizens fitness, as I perceive things uniquely.
Becoming a part of the work force within the Universal Union has been a life-long goal for me, and I accept any requirements to advance within the Metropolice Force.
