1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Metropolice Force and what lead your character to do so.
My characters thought process to wanting joining the MPF was something along the lines of a love hate relationship. At first glance, he had seen the MPF going around and beating people. He saw that they were violent and the like. Treated citizens somewhat badly, and told them to shut up and move away or else they'd give them a rough push.

Then he'd spend a lot of time at his window, watching the units. After a while he began to notice that the numbers of citizens that were going around committing violations was slowly going down. He saw less violent people, and more proper citizens. This is something he enjoyed, the fact that the city was becoming a better place because of the MPF, and not just a giant city where units could beat citizens because they wanted to.

At that point, he'd taken it upon himself to watch the units more, and see what they were doing. He watched their patrol patterns, and their radio chatter when he was nearby. Though he obviously understood none of it, he couldn't help but find everything about the units interesting. He saw the jobs they'd do, and knew with his own well being right now, he'd be able to do the same. He also realized that the units have a much better way of living than the citizens. They get fed too, which also happened to be another thing to Louis that'd convince him to join.

2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)
Loyal - He is very loyal to people above him in power. He will always listen to orders and do what he has been told to do.

Honest - He will tell the truth to anyone if he does anything bad or unjust. As a citizen, whenever he'd accidentally commit a violation, he'd report himself to the nearest unit.

Outgoing / Friendly - He's not real evil or anything. He's just a guy trying to do his part in assisting the Universal Union. He can talk to people real easily, and won't go out on a limb to insult them for no reason.

Creative - If he's bored, which tends to happen a lot within the city, he can make up something in his mind to keep himself entertained. This can be used in the MPF as a helping hand for directing missions, or finding out ways to apprehend a suspect.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
I've already had much experience playing as a unit, but considering this time around, my character has quite a different behavior than the one I had in the Combine before. It'll be a new experience for me. I'll have a wonderful time developing this character through his time in the Combine. It will be a fun time having my character go through being a Recruit, and watching as he detains citizens, or beats them down.

I expect it to be an intense RP experience. I know it will be serious, and I'll have to go onto the forums to study all the terminology and everything once again. I know it will be boring at times and that is something I'd be willing to deal with. The server will not always be populated. RP will not be always happening. Sometimes I'll even have to patrol for hours before something happens. This is all part of the experience of being a part of the MPF.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
Louis was quite an interesting child. Born in Russia, he went through school with a 3.98 GPA. Physical Education was one of his best classes through his years of school, and first two years of high school. He was a quiet kid, though. He didn't get bullied, and he wasn't a nerd, just quiet. Mainly keeping to himself, as he handles all of his problems through school. No girlfriend because he'd see that as something pointless in his time until he felt that he'd actually want to settle down. He'd take up drumming along his way through his life, using it as a way to throw his emotions off and get his mind away from pointless thoughts. His parents were divorced when he was around eight years old. Constantly moving between households, to his mother and fathers every two months put a toll on his capability to make friends. He'd change schools quite often, due to his dads work. His friends were limited, but his social speaking capability wasn't. He'd eventually grow up to be an outgoing person.

His family collected enough money, being a middle-lower class family, for Louis to join a college after graduating from high school with his almost perfect GPA. He was accepted quite quickly into a college and went to major in Psychology. He'd always be interested in the way peoples emotions worked, and how people had coped with stress, seeing that he had experience with that sort of thing with drumming. He quickly passed through and got his degree in Psychology. He hadn't known what to do with the rest of his life. At this point he went to go work in a mental hospital, being a therapist on hand in a sort of intern style, he'd spend the rest of his life there, working at the hospital until the Seven Hour War arrives.

On August 11th, 2015, the day of the Seven Hour War which was a Tuesday, he would have been working. Stuck in a city due to the portal storms raging around his city. He had been living in a city anyway. As the portal storms eventually attracted the Combine, which was something he couldn't have expected. The Combine flooded through into the dimension, seemingly from nowhere as the sky filled with Combine gunships and other  synth units. He was taken back in shock as the sounds of the pulse rifles filled the city. The screams as the masses of the Human race were being slaughtered without mercy by the much higher technological prowess of the Combine had him nearly shut down in shock, unable to believe what was happening. He did what any other intelligent Human being would have done at that time, and made his way to a nearby destroyed and abandoned building across the street from the hospital when the Combine forces had passed his city block. He buried himself under wreckage and sat there for hours. When the Seven Hour War had ended and the Combine were no longer killing people on sight, he had stepped out to his Alien captors, knowing full well he'd be killed if he didn't. He was forced down with numerous other beaten and damaged citizens towards the city center, where they had a large mob of other citizens waiting. At that point, they were quickly escorted in a rough fashion to a train, and escorted to a place where the Combine had chosen. This place was City 18. From Russia to Ukraine, the train ride was long, unknowing of his new life that'd soon become what it is now. When they had arrived, he was assigned an apartment, and began to live out his life to the best of what he could. Still mostly keeping to himself but outgoing when talking to a fellow citizen. He'd also adopt the loyalist lifestyle. It was much better than living as an anti-citizen. Picking up trash here and there whenever he'd see it, and doing his part to assist the MPF, he'd make sure they didn't see him as a threat. One day he'd decide that he could do much more than just going around picking up trash. He finally gathered the courage to apply for the MPF, hoping they'd accept his application.

7. What�s your most memorable quality RP experience?
One of my favorite RP experiences would have to be a long time ago. April 15, 2012 is when it happened, actually. I was in VICE at the time. Purple was the DvL and Globey was the OfC. It was the day that I was first promoted from Recruit to 05, and there happened to be a huge event the same day. There was an Antlion outbreak, and Vortigaunts were in the train tunnels in City 45. I was stationed at the entrance to the train tunnels from the train station (right behind the spawn room in C45). I was all stoked because I was just promoted, and had first received an actual weapon and all that. After a bit of standing around, a Vortigaunt had appeared from the darkness of the tunnel and shot a bolt of vortessence at me. It almost blew my units arm off, and knocked my unit off of his feet, and out of consciousness temporarily. After a firefight with the Vortigaunt Cathuul, it was found out that there were units trapped within the tunnels. I was taken into the Nexus after turning myself in, because I had accidentally pushed a citizen onto the electrified train tracks in self defense. I wasn't punished for the violation and was sent to the Hospital to treat my trauma from the incident I had wished didn't happen.
