i seriously don't understand why it hasn't been done yet, and it will just be a pain in the ass for admins to have to keep posting the fucking threads themselves for others when the most simple fix to it is re-enabling the permission to post new topics in both the BR and BA threads and make a stickied thread in both sections for a format to use.

why hasn't it been done yet wtf  ???
