Installing Sourcemod

Long story short, I'm making a small tf2 server, an achievement server and to try and make it funner, I'm trying to implement sourcemod. The only problem is, I've tried installing it and it's apparently not installed right, but I'm not sure where I've gone wrong.

If anyone's any good with stuff like this or they can see what's wrong/fix it, please reply or contact me on steam and I'll give you ftp details, thank you.

Do you have Metamod:Source installed?

If so do mm_plugins or mm list in console (forget the exact command)

Also make sure you installed the game config right so that MMS operates properly, otherwise nothing will.

I've installed Metamod:Source but not correctly as none of the console commands are working, not sure why though since I've followed the installation instructions.
