First time log in error

My friend is trying to join on our community but every time he registers to the game it always freezes once he clicks on create account. What should he do?

He can try deleting his lua & cache folders


Dunno if it will fix anything for him though

These two folders are located in Garrysmod-Garrysmod right?

Yes, they are located in the Garrysmod, Garrysmod folder, Ive checked to make sure.
