IC Character Name: Nick Archer.
1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.Nick Archer wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority, as he wishes to help the Universal Union in anyway possible. He has took an interest to the Combine ever since they invaded Earth. He just thought life was too hard before the Combine took over. He always hated the jobs that was available, as he just thought they was so boring Other than being a doctor. Nick got full training trying to be a doctor and worked as a doctor for a period of time, but he then left as he thought the bosses was too strict and harsh on him.
So he thought it would be a good idea to apply for the CCA when he had the chance.
Nick has always hated the Resistance, as he likes the new life the Combine have issued. As he thinks life is perfect as it is. He thinks life is too easy now. He loves doing the littlest things like cleaning windows, reporting violations with his Request Device.
Nick also thinks that if everyone was to follow the Combine's rules, then life would be easier for everyone else. He thinks the Combine should stay. To be more strict on people in the world. After been bullied by his parents and the people at school, he thought he might have the chance to, as he is easily angered.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.I have took positions before as part of the Civil Protection, on different Half-Life 2 RP servers. Which I have learnt how I can improve on my role-playing skills as a Civil Protection. Being part of the CCA on Catalyst, will aid me in becoming better with role-playing, as different roles in the game. Which my role-playing abilities will open more role-playing situations with other players as well
My character, Nick Archer thinks he will do well for the Combine Civil Authority, as he doesn't like anyone, so there's no one for him to like while part of the CCA. This will be a new thing for him, which he likes new things. He will always do what he needs to do to get out of good or bad situations.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.Nick came from a quite wealthy background, which his parents took that to do horrid things to Nick. He has always hated his parents on how nasty they was. They lived in a nice house, which Nick thought a house only needs simple things. Which his house was full of luxurious things, but he didn't want any part of these things.
When he was old enough for school, he always took an interest into doctors, which he got picked on for. Nick had always been picked on, even through High School. Which made him angry quite a lot of the time. He left School and continued into College and then University, studying what you need to become a Doctor. He passed both College and University and went straight on to becoming a doctor. He applied at the nearest hospital, and was accepted into the hospital. After a year of the job he decided to quit as he thought everyone was being hard on him, and being nasty to him.
The Seven Hour War had just ended, and Nick was assigned to City Forty Five. He wasn't sure what he was going to do. Or what the place he was in was like. So he watched the Civil Protection patrolling the streets, noticing Citizens getting beaten. He noticed a building that didn't look like a normal building, which was the Nexus.
Nick got an apartment and was continuously watching the Civil Protection and was so curious on what they was like. He also wondered what the outfits was for.
Nick had been there over a year, and hated on what the Resistance was doing. All the signs on the wall. He thought the rules of the Universal Union wasn't harsh, and had been helping the CCA as much as he could. Such as cleaning windows, reporting in violations and obeying the rules all the time.
