I always get the same reply huh? Well, I can't modify anymore since it's March the 4th. That's my deadline on when my verdict is going to be recieved.

Sorry for being a day late, here is the verdict:

The ability to make prosthethic arms or legs - Accepted
The ability to fight others with brawling moves - Accepted
Technician skills - Accepted
Jalopy (admin spawnage only) (Denied)
Raincoats (Outcasts or words that people want sewn on back) -Accepted: 5 x Raincoats
Russian vocoder added to gasmask/facemask - Denied (The way you found it was quite poorly described, and to me it sounds like a far-fetched idea to speak in one language and have it automatically translated in to another, suggest you perhaps auth to be able to speak the Russian language instead
Russian mask - If im thinking along the same lines as you, and its a gasmask, then accepted.
Russian engineering uniform from Spetsnaz. - Denied (Would prefer you made a seperate, (Authed) Russian character with a military background, again, it seems that in your stories you just come by these items with luck.
