I was clipping from 30fps - 2fps every second whilst in OCRP, This computer has about had it. Look at them figures, The only reason the cpu calmed down on the main menu is because it was exiting... Jesus Christ.

Specs:

Intel Duel core E8400 @ 3.00Ghz
2gig DDR2 RAM
GTX460 OC Graphics Card (Only good modern thing in this machine)
32x Windows 7 OS

Any thoughts on why it may be doing this all of a sudden?

Clean out our gmod folder for a start.
Then Dfrag. You know. Simple cleaning excersises.
Check for viruses (I know it's dumb but its a possible reason).
If all of this fails back up all of your prized and lovely things you want on your hard drive securely and completely reinstall windows fresh wiping the disk in the process.

I may have to do that, It has been about 5 months since I re-installed windows. It may be on my to do list during half term.

I have a new pc planned out costing around Â£400 (I'm keeping my current GCard) Just gonna have to make do with what I have for the time being.
