Government Project

I'm thinking of writing a whole portfolio about the Combine Government. I've already written about 3 pages about it, but I was just wondering. Is this a good idea for a government project? My ideal form of government is the Combine government. I call it, instead of Communism and Fascism, Perfectionism :D
