Having an absence

- Cadet Camp (Excercise EMU '11) for 1 week
- Going to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia for 1 week

I am required to take a 2 week absence. I request the following:

- My City Administrator and OTA unit (PHANTOM-EtL) placed on Authorised Absence
- Full command of PHANTOM transferred to PHANTOM-0 (Sawnikdawg)
