Detained and searched me for running - I've been playing here about a month and have NEVER been reprimanded for running, althought I've had an occasional player/admin remind me (not the stunbaton kind of reminding), and I've been trying to kick the habit.

Anyway, then he searched me against a wall and said, "Cleaned", "Move along!".
I said to him, "Uh, untie me then?"
To which he replied, "Do you want a level 3 verdict?"
So I was WTFing at this point, and decided to just walk off, get cut by another officer OOC and report him.
He then runs infront of me and tells me to stop, and that he's now going to beat me for running.
I was like, "WTF, you just released me after searching me for running, now you've changed your mind? You don't beat people for running!"
He says that you do, and I just tell him to eat shit, stop bullshitting, to cut my ties and void this fail, then about 3/4's into the fight he says that he was saying "Move along!" to someone else. I didn't hear anyone walk up next to him, so I assumed this was bullshit.
I just walked off saying, "Void this fail RP, stop trying to block my way".
I get onto the street, about halfway to another officer the bastard FUCKING S2K's me in the head with a burst from his SMG and LOOCs, "Void!".

I said move along to some other citizen who came that way.
When i stopped you the first time, i was going to beat you for running, and i searched you to make sure you didnt have contraband.

You kepet walking off EVEN THOUGH i said i was going to beat you for running, you KEPT going "No you cant beat me for running failcombine"

Pretty much at ANY point you could have just voided you walked away, and did the thing over again. I even used /admin to call an admin twice, nobody responded so i shot you at point blank from the back.


I cut out unneccecary shit not related to this, as in random chatter, radio, requests, etc.

Yes, i see now that i did infact not tell you i said move along to someone else, not you. But that dosnt stop you from just walking back and continuing RP. You decided to keep on with your "fuck you noob"-attitude, EVEN if you COULD have made it GOOD again by WALKING back and TAKE YOUR LEVEL 3 VERDICT.

Running is classified as a level 3 Civil Offense under the code "Mobility Violation" and permits a level 3 re-education or 1-3 cycles of detainment. The unit was not in the wrong to beat you. Actually, you were in the wrong to act like you owned the unit's c*ck.

Kindly refrain from flaming players in LOOC chat. Any possible sympathy for you evaporated as soon as I saw the way you conducted yourself in the chat box. If I see this happen again, it's a ban. You can work out your differences in a more pleasant manner, you know. And guess what- people are more likely to negotiate or compromise with those who don't act like flaming a**hat trolls in-game.

That better had been a mistake. If that was deliberately said in-character, it constitutes two things: number one- failure to roleplay fear, and number two- an IC audio violation. The former is a bannable offense, and the latter is all the more reason for the unit to beat you senseless.

Also, never run or walk away in the middle of a discussion about rules. That only shows immaturity.
