What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?
The ability to spawn ragdolls.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
I plan to use the ragdolls for training purposes within NOVA - specifically, demonstrations. ICly they would be specially constructed mannequin-like things, upon which one would practice medical procedure. I'm not going to abuse it by spawning things like CSS ragdolls all over the place.

Extra Notes (optional): Yeah, uh. I have a High Command unit and I'm trying to introduce a new training plan in NOVA where it's more applied than simply regurgitating information barked at you by an 01+, so I'm looking for a way to get objects to demonstrate on, and upon which my units can practice. Simpler solution than dragging people in off the streets.

You are generally a decent person and I doubt you would abuse this.

I'll wait for a few other admins to post their opinions. But I would say we can accept this for just your OfC char. So he can use it for the NOVA training stuff. Since you have no reason to use it for your other characters anyway.
