If you have been tased, then I see no reason why you should be able to get up and run around after about 10 seconds of paralysis. Being tased isn't just "Oh I can't move", every muscle in your body receives enough voltage to cause them to contract at the same time. I have heard the pain is excruciating. Therefor, I wouldn't classify it under Fear RP to run away immediately after being unparalyzed, I think it falls more under Fail RP.
