Portable Spotlights/Sky Lasers

I spawned in the other day and noticed Izzie's lights and stuff coming from it.
Wouldn't it be cool to have a "Portable laser show" item? A little box or half-sphere that you can set on the ground that emits lasers/lights.

I think it would help promote more CatalystFM RP. Now DJs can setup a party wherever (Amber Room, MTL, etc.)
