Being able to send blank Messages.

What happened when the bug occurred?
I was private messaging GrannyLad using the cell phone and I accidentally hit enter before I typed anything. It sent it to him anyways and he received a blank message and I was also charged $3.

What was supposed to happen?
It should give an error message saying the box was left blank or something, like when creating a new thread on the forum with a title but nothing in it.

Well, you don't send messages when you press enter in the chat box, it only sends when you hit the button below.

Anyways, fixed being able to send empty messages in the next patch.
