I think the chateau looks a little out of place. Perhaps it needs to look a little more damaged, considered it'll have been several years without constant maintaining due to the portal storms/nobody probably repairing it for sometime. Aside from that it looks good.

This, but it's kind of hard to also tell whether or not to make it damaged or not because the outlands ARE actually attracting refugees which could mean better maintain in buildings? Idk.

Refugees aren't particularly the best home renovators in the world.

Even if some of them had experience they wouldn't have the proper tools and equipment/resources.
