1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
My cousin Tony OReilly was murdered by a resistance recruiter because he had ratted him out so I wish to join to help stop the rebels and I have been treated kindly and helped by many CP officers especially 654.I have tried hard to get a request device to send in information on rebel movements and what they say about the CP which is all lies.

2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)
A tall but medical skilled person who is resilant to paint do to many medical procedures as a child.I believe the CP are here to stay and here to make the world a better place.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
I believe it is going to be a mental and physical test and I find it will be a challenge.Fast paced and dangerous for me.I also expect it to be extremely mentally cracking for me to change what I do for a living instead of lieing to the rebels to help the CP I will be a CP.But I will find it to be the best time of my life since I can finally help people.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
He basically moved here from another city but before I got on the train I person gave me soem strange food and when he turned around I saw a lambda so I fell asleep on the train just as his cousin had.WHen he arrived he did not feel well and a man had asked him if he wanted a "request device" he declined because the man was shady and did not want the same fate as his cousin so that is the story.

5) Have you ever had a CCA character here at Catalyst Gaming?  If so, explain why it was removed.
If a CCA is a CP officer no.

// Just a heads up, this guy (Tony OReilly) yesterday told me that he was new to RP, so I showed him all the features, then I brought him into a room to practice combat RP (Because he reported my character for something he didn't do) and he completely avoided my /me's, and when he didn't he'd always P2L, then once he was on the ground my character tried to slam a flashlight in his face multiple times. He /me'd that he was knocked out and couldn't react, then ICly I finished him off. He raged OOCly and call me a "noob" and said "MY PERSON IS DUTCH, they have the strongest bones". Later he resurrected himself with a /me  saying he "wakes up and sweeps the mans legs". I told him OOCly that he died and that he needs to make a new character. He then ran around the room ICly yelling "HELP THIS REBELS HURTING ME" before finally making a new character (Anthony OReilly), and avoided my character ICly on his new character.

// EDIT: Also, this guy's back story is metagame due to Carmelio 'Giver' Horilla killing him, bringing his body to the canal area and burying it. There is no way he could know about it, thus making his cause to JOIN the Civil Authority invalid, due to it being based around that. He also lied on his experience on the server, which I stated before.
