I bought a package of assorted weapons and brought it to the dock and right when i was about to sell it Phillip Zoi A.K.A. Raving Pigeon Steven a gold member jumped in my airboat and drove off and sold it he broke the rules it was not in open ocean. >:(

This would not be the correct place to put this I don't think. Make a ban request in the very lower section of the forum index. Make sure to fill it out correctly and post evidence.

This section is meant for people who have software or hardware issued or something related to it. Not to complain about people breaking rules.

Post a ban request as people said, but don't bother at it if you don't have evidence anyways.
