Messed up text when editing a topic's name/contents

I was looking over my CCA app and noticed some messed up text. At first I thought "aboose" But then it occurred to be it might be a bug. Here it is "7. What�s your most memorable quality RP experience?" as you can see, that word is really fucked up. Perhaps this is a bug when editing a topic's name?
