IC Character Name: Rick Turismo
1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so. I want to join the CCA because I feel that if I join, I can help protect everyone and stop crazy citizens. I was in a scene where someone said I sexually assaulted her, although I just walked to the CWU market. I believe that one man can change many other life's, in a good way. If possible, to rise to the higher ranks.
If I cannot join, I will try to help in any way I can, even as a citizen. Anybody that says "Tell me (Something) or you die!" I will refuse and if unarmed, will tell him to kill me. I will obey the rules no matter what, protecting citizens no matter what. Protecting my comrade no matter what.
I believe that picking locks should be stopped. I believe sexual assaulting someone should be stopped. Although those may not be illegal (in game) I will radio it to my comrades.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character. Hard all the time, but in a way that trains me to be good. To be good at protecting. To be good at shooting. To be good at everything that a CCA needs to know.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words. Rick started out as a healthy, young baby on April 9, 1999. When he got older, He learned how to read, how to talk, how to write, and how to live. Some think I was way to childish, some think I was way too kind. But I ignored them. I continued to be myself.
As A teenager, Rick protected himself and his friends in any situation. And not long before he was about to graduate, they came. The combine. Rick had been hoping for this day, the day to see if the combine were real or just rumors. I though they were very kind, but then they attacked. Almost everyone died and the Nation fell apart. Soon, the world was theirs. I was scared, my parents had died, my friends had died, I had to start a new life... And in that life, I destined to become A combine, a combine that helped make this place better.
As an adult, Rick searched for a place to stay. He was in the middle of a wasteland. Soon, I have found a place. A city, you could say. A city called City 45. It was an amazing place, and all seemed peaceful, even with combine roaming around, I did not care. I had a place to survive in. Home is what I called it. I searched for a home and people that new where a home was. He said to go to the hotel near the nexus. I did what he said, and found a place to live. Soon after that, I found many people that i can be friends with, and became their friends. Shortly after, someone said that I sexually assaulted them although I never saw that woman in my life. She went to tell a CCA. She said her name was Shaun Freeman, although I have met Shaun and he was a boy. Soon, we were both questioned to see who was right. She kept lying by giving a fake CID and name. She told us her name finally, but still gave a fake CID. I had to wait a long time before they let me go, but at least i got to go. She was questioned until she gave up and just left the game. Her name was strange, so I can't spell it properly. That made me want to be a CCA even more. And if I am accepted, who knows how much more peace will be made? All that will be revealed in the future.

They listened to me, making it easier for them to solve the case. I felt good because I knew that one day I could do the same thing, but out of detainment.
