Collin was born May 15th 2002 Sydney, Australia. He was born in an unusual place, A boat. His father was a fisherman who taught his son Collin the waves of water and how to cook a mean fish. His mother was an accountant who worked over-hours so Collin never got to see her, If he did it was rare. At the age of seven he became suicidal and tried to hang himself. His suicide attempt failed this stunt severely injured him and he was in the hospitail till the year of 2011. His mother and father soon fell apart and later on divorced even more depressing little Collin. His father killed himself a month after the divorce by a firearm. Collin was put into an orphanage since no family member was near the location where he was at as they were in Canada and he was over in Australia, Collin had gotten a new fresh start with a loving family... But soon thing's changed they were at Sydney Harbor when his father and his mother and his two sisters got torn apart. They had left him there. Collin then roamed the streets and sewers when one day in 2015 he was looking for food scraps and a box to stay for the night in the lower bowls of the sewer, Collin heard a giant roar from the surface and footsteps... This was not good, he dived into a garbage pile. Four recruits lined up walking down the sewer lining one looked directily at Collin but gave him remorse and acted like as he saw nothing. From then on it was up to Collin to make a living. Collin now is trying to get registered as a short young and fellow citizen.

Sympathy from citizens and others and the ability to be more agile and cunning and have more energy.
Defects
A sharp pain in the neck from his attempted hanging, The older generation will scold me and call me little, Bigger people would have a better advantage in hand to hand combat. They would also have the ability to carry more items and lift heavier item's then me.
What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
I plan to live my life as a young citizen and a find a person who can watch over me and be a somehow guardian.
